CoopSupport has a quality control plan that ensures that work is carried out under controlled conditions and also to ensure that the staff, equipment, materials and processes and documentation are appropriate for the job.
The control plan, also forms the basis for the working procedure, and serves as the service delivery process flow. The process ensures that we follow documented work instructions and procedures to achieve consistent quality in line with the client’s standards or requirements. The person responsible for the quality control plan is the Head of the Quality Control Unit.
